Logistics Specialist with Federal Diploma of Higher Education

Introduction

For our client, we are looking for you as a Logistics Specialist with a federal diploma of higher education. In this role, you will take responsibility for the entire process from goods receipt and storage to dispatch and internal supply. You will always work efficiently, reliably, and in the interest of our customers.

Tasks

• Goods receipt & storage: receiving, checking
• Order picking & preparation: picking orders on time, consolidating, and preparing for production/dispatch
• Dispatch & customs: packing, labeling, booking freight; creating accompanying and customs documents
• Inventory management: cycle counts, inventories, clarifying discrepancies; master data maintenance and ongoing process improvements
• Planning & replenishment: line supply, coordinating internal transports with industrial trucks
• Key figures & processes: implementing KPI tracking and KVP measures
• Safety & quality: actively living occupational safety; applying basic knowledge of hazardous goods
• Documentation: complete feedback, checklists, and discrepancy reports

Profile

• Completed basic training as a Logistics Technician EFZ and further training as a Logistics Specialist with a federal diploma of higher education (or currently in training for this)
• Several years of experience in warehouse/dispatch/planning in an industrial environment
• Proficient in handling ERP/WMS and handheld scanners; MS Office routine
• Knowledge of customs/export processes is an advantage
• Forklift license and driving license Cat. B are an advantage
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Independent, structured, and team-oriented way of working
