As the company continues to grow, we are looking for an interested and experienced specialist (Junior-) Project Manager Drive Technology and Drives (m/f/d) 80-100% These are your tasks The Electro- AG carries out repairs and services either in the newly built hall in Brügg BE or travels to the customer. In doing so, the widest variety of models and sizes of drive solutions from our long-standing customers throughout Switzerland are competently supported. Within the company, all important specialist departments from drive technology and winding to the system and the controls are competently represented The tasks are mainly divided into 2 blocks: 1) To ensure you are integrated into the field of activity as optimally as possible, you will be responsible, together with two experienced colleagues, for the annual operational service intervals of major customers. You ensure service to drives, special drive solutions, carry out troubleshooting on site if necessary, and are the competent contact person for installations or replacement of gearboxes, inverters or new controls. 2) You also take over entire drive projects at customer sites and can manage these independently from the initial inspection to commissioning and system handover As the company is growing and further business models may/will be added, there are further development opportunities depending on suitability and interest, the chance of which you will seize, thus preparing yourself for a unique position for the future What you bring with you You have a basic technical education, ideally e.g., as an automation technician, polymechanic, electromechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic, mechanical engineer or maintenance specialist You have (or are about to complete) further training at HF level, technician TS or similar, and are now looking for a task where you can develop yourself further in the long term, both technically and economically You have experience in electrical maintenance/upkeep in industry/trade (e.g., from a paper mill, steelworks or industry) and bring practical experience e.g. in control construction, PLC, automation, frequency inverters, power distribution, electric motors, gear motors as well as generally in drive technology and enjoy being able to familiarize yourself with and develop in a new field of activity with a successful and innovative employer As a person, you describe yourself as independent, structured, well-organized and planned, but can also anticipate and remain calm in hectic and unpredictable situations.
