To strengthen our teams, we are looking for several collaborators for the Geneva region: Region Genferseeregion Branch Industry Field Craft/Industry Type of employment Temporary Workload 100% Branch Geneva Your tasks### \- Applies all HS&E activities in accordance with the Matrix of roles, responsibility and HSE authority - N2\_120\_001\_A01 and applies the golden rules. \- Respects and enforces HSE rules and procedures on the site as part of its maintenance activities. \- Intervenes at the client's request on production equipment as part of urgent or planned interventions. \- Before intervening: o Identifies the risks at his workstation and in his immediate environment. o Adapts his work according to the identified risks. o Transmits the information to his hierarchy in case of malfunction or uncontrolled risks. o Prepares the WO on SAP (hourly evaluation, material reservation, detail of inter-service actions, -). \- Ensures that the entry of information in SAP (external or internal intervention report, vacuum test, calibration, repair report, RAMS, article creation request, time tracking, -) is correct and that the service documentation is up to date. \- Accompanies the operator in the start-up of his equipment. \- Identifies, searches and expertises the observed malfunctions and proposes, if necessary, improvements on the instrumentation park. \- Dismantles, checks, replaces parts according to their condition and proposes axes for making elements more reliable. \- Helps prepare interventions and provides assistance to other maintenance trades in the execution of interventions and preparation. \- Reports to his hierarchy on his activity through daily sessions and periodic reports. \- Accompanies external companies in his field of competence and ensures that the work is carried out according to the rules of the art. \- Contributes to the proper functioning of the workshop and maintains his workplace and tools clean and tidy according to the 5-S method.$ \- Ability to work independently in a multidisciplinary environment and with a minimum of directives. \- Revision activity in the workshop: o Manages the flow of arriving pumps o Dismantles and reassembles pumps in the workshop o Makes a precise diagnosis of the pumps o Manages the storage of pumps in the workshop o Manages the labels (status of the pumps, new PID of pumps) o Fills in the technical sheet of the pump (displayed on the pump) o Carries out static or dynamic tests depending on the type of pump (requests electrical control) o Checks the returns of pumps after revision in the technical store o Realizes small machining on lathe, milling machine, mortiser. \- Welding Steel, Inox, Orbital Your profile### \- Is respectful of people and rules. \- Respects HSE rules. \- Shows team spirit and flexibility. \- Is rigorous and organized. \- Is committed to continuous improvement and is a force for proposal. \- Is autonomous. \- Proposes his help and/or advice spontaneously when the situation allows it. \- Knows how to make himself available and have a sense of service. \- CFC mechanic or polymechanic or equivalent diploma (BAC or BTS turner miller or MAI). \- At least three (3) years of experience in an industrial chemical or petrochemical environment. \- At least three (3) years of experience in a maintenance service or pump repair workshop, reducer, mechanical seal, - \- Knowledge of various measurement metrology techniques. \- Basic knowledge in mechanics, functional dimensioning, bearing assembly, mechanical seal assembly, gasket assembly. \- Ability to adapt to new technologies and equipment. \- Knowledge of the rules and good practices of installation in a hazardous area (ATEX). \- Good mastery of computer tools. \- Ability to read and interpret a mechanical diagram, Process flow diagram. \- Graduated on traditional drilling, milling, turning, ... \- Knowledge of permitted work processes, height, fire, consignments, - \- Training in the use of a nacelle. \- Training in chemical masks and suits. \- Training in height work. \- Instruction by an accredited ATEX organization. \- Training in load lifting - crane operator.
