Teamleader Picking (Evening Shift) 50% / Permanent

Introduction

For our client in the pharmaceutical industry, we are looking for a

Type of work

• You lead a team of permanent and temporary employees clearly, fairly, and consistently, even when it becomes hectic in the evening
• You communicate clearly and solution-oriented with logistics service providers, drivers, and internal departments
• Precise and consistent work according to GDP guidelines (when controlling BTM and chilled goods or when checking shipments based on loading lists)
• Creation of deployment, shift, and vacation planning; you maintain an overview even in the event of delays or bottlenecks
• If something goes wrong in the evening process, you independently take measures, from the redistribution of personnel to a goods block to the release of routes
• You work securely with MS Office, especially with Excel and Word
• Experience with SAP or warehouse systems is a plus
• You question processes, implement improvements, and keep your team fit regarding SOPs and training

Requirement profile

• Willingness to work MO to FR in the evenings
• Leadership experience in logistics, warehouse, or picking, ideally in a pharma or healthcare environment
