Senior Product Compliance Manager 80 - 100 % (m/f/d)

What you achieve

• You monitor regulatory developments, EU laws and standards and derive product requirements and implementation orders from them.
• You plan and control the implementation of regulatory requirements throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• You evaluate regulatory requirements and product risks, develop pragmatic implementation concepts, conduct compliance reviews and coordinate evidence.
• You advise product management and development on topics of regulation, approval and product questions.
• You further develop compliance processes, roles and methods and anchor them in the management system.
• You represent Securiton in international technical and standardization committees and mediate your regulatory knowledge within the company.

What you bring

• You have a technical education at FH/HF level or equivalent, preferably in electrical engineering, electronics or a related field.
• You bring professional experience in product management or electronics development, are interested in regulatory issues and ideally have further training in the field of Product Compliance.
• You can translate regulatory specifications into understandable, pragmatic and economically viable requirements, measures and implementation plans.
• You understand the connections between product development and product lifecycles and know technical documentation as well as international approval and verification procedures.
• You work in a structured, transparent and independent manner and successfully manage cross-departmental topics and projects.
• You communicate appropriately to the target group, represent your position convincingly and enjoy international technical cooperation.
• You have very good German and English skills.
