Training at SKAN is aimed at individuals who wish to complete a dual education and serves as an entry into the professional world. During the three-to-four-year apprenticeship, learners rotate through different departments and areas, thus gaining an overview of the entire company. The exchange and cooperation of learners from different professions is strongly promoted.
