Automation Technician – PLC & Maintenance of Production Plants 80-100%

Our client is a traditional Swiss family business and is looking for an automation technician for PLC control and maintenance of production plants to strengthen the technical team. The client offers a familial working environment with short decision-making paths, varied work on modern production plants, as well as the opportunity to actively further develop and optimize systems.

Your tasks

• Carry out maintenance and troubleshooting on complex production plants
• Read, analyze, and specifically adapt PLC programs
• Optimize machine controls, drive systems, and visualizations
• Keep software and hardware documentation up to date and complete

Your profile

• PLC knowledge: Experience with Siemens S5, S7, TIA Portal and Allen-Bradley
• Technical training: Degree as Automatiker EFZ or Techniker HF Automation
• Systemic thinking: Understanding of electrics, control technology and mechanics required
• German language skills: Very good language skills in German are required
