Case Manager externally placed MNA 80% Your tasks <br /> • You take over case management as well as the social work and pedagogical responsibility for unaccompanied minor refugees (MNA) in external living arrangements such as homes, foster families or with relatives. • You organize and coordinate suitable daily structures as well as follow-up solutions and implement the Integrationsagenda Zürich (IAZH). • You support the young people individually and according to their needs in the vocational choice and application process as well as in school and vocational training measures. • You network all agencies involved in the case -- both internally and externally -- and ensure efficient and goal-oriented cooperation. • You act as a central contact person with an overview of the entire integration process and guarantee clear, binding processes. • You take over administrative and financial tasks, monitor social assistance benefits and ensure correct accounting. • You plan and review support goals, evaluate developments and participate in the further development of concepts and offers <br /> Your profile <br /> • Completed degree in Social Work (FH) or comparable qualification • Experience in working with young people, ideally in a migration or integration context • Knowledge in case management, socio-pedagogical support and interdisciplinary cooperation • Experience in supporting education and integration processes as well as in coaching young people is an advantage • Confident handling of administrative and organizational tasks as well as interest in financial and billing-related processes • Independent, structured and resilient way of working with a high sense of responsibility.
