Requirements

• Completed studies in the field of horticulture, landscape architecture, business administration or comparable qualification - Several years of relevant professional experience in a management position in a horticulture or landscaping company - Sound knowledge of project management and business management - Strong communication and leadership skills - Category B driver's license and flexibility for regional assignments in Luzern/Zug - Customer orientation and entrepreneurial thinking - German language skills at native level, English language skills an advantage

Area of activity

• Strategic planning and management of all business activities in the field of horticulture and garden maintenance - Responsibility for operational processes and ensuring efficient resource use - Active acquisition of new customers and maintenance of existing customer relationships - Budget planning and control as well as ensuring the financial performance of the company - Personnel management including recruiting, training and development of the team - Compliance with legal regulations and quality standards
