Starting immediately or by arrangement, you will have the opportunity to do so as a Property Manager (Real Estate Specialist) in our dedicated team.

Tasks

• Administration of rentals, service charge settlements, as well as order and invoice processing in SAP
• Planning, coordination, and monitoring of periodic maintenance measures, upkeep, and repairs
• Assessment of structural damage, management of external contractor services, as well as acceptances and handovers
• Support with budgeting, forecast, and multi-year planning as well as preparation of cost estimates
• Ensuring data quality in SAP as well as close coordination with property management, finance, and object management

Profile

• Completed technical or commercial basic training with further training in real estate management, Facility Management HF, or as a construction manager; a degree (BSc/MAS Facility Management or Real Estate) is an advantage.
• Professional experience in real estate management, in property management, or in technical maintenance/construction coordination with confident handling of commercial processes
• Technical understanding of construction and operation combined with business thinking and cost awareness
• Structured, independent, and reliable way of working with a high service standard
• Team-oriented personality with strong communication and coordination skills
