Draftsperson Architecture

Introduction

For our client, we are looking for a precise and motivated personality as a draftsperson architecture. In this role, you will work on diverse construction projects - from new buildings and conversions to renovations. You can expect a classic architecture office with flat hierarchies, personal exchange, and a collegial team.

Tasks

• Creation of project, execution, and detail plans for diverse construction projects
• Planning support for the project and construction management in different project phases
• Collaboration on new buildings, conversions, renovations, as well as demanding existing building projects
• Revision, maintenance, and control of plan documents and technical details
• Close cooperation within the team as well as ensuring clear and complete documentation

Profile

• Completed training as Zeichner/in EFZ Fachrichtung Architektur
• Confident handling of common CAD/planning tools; BIM knowledge is an advantage
• Very precise, structured, and reliable way of working
• Enjoyment of clean plan work, high quality standards, and willingness to learn
• Team-oriented, open personality with independent and proactive thinking
