With a lot of commitment, we accompany our apprentices throughout their entire training period and create an environment in which they can develop professionally and personally. In this versatile function, you take responsibility for accompanying our KV apprentices during their three-year training. You plan and coordinate their assignments, conduct progress and semester meetings, support them in the implementation of practical assignments, and work closely with the practical trainers. As a contact person for apprentices, parents, and vocational schools, you support all parties involved with questions regarding training and ensure professional cooperation. You do not shy away from addressing difficult topics and also conduct demanding conversations in a solution-oriented manner and with the necessary sensitivity. Together with the vocational training team, you organize internal and external events, support projects, contribute your own ideas, and actively participate in the further development of our vocational training. The supervision of our interns in the post-maturitate business training (PWA) complements your varied area of responsibility. You convince us with your skills. For this demanding task, you bring a commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualifications. In addition, you have further training and several years of experience in vocational training or in accompanying young adults.
