In this way, we ensure the highest customer satisfaction with our customer-first mentality.      What awaits you • You recognize and process recourse from the areas of accident and property insurance according to Swiss and foreign law • You answer legal questions from the areas of liability and coordination law as well as international private law • You conduct negotiations with Swiss private and social insurers as well as with foreign insurers and/or their legal representatives • You instruct and accompany your own lawyers or claims settlement partners abroad • You actively contribute to exciting projects and help shape processes   What you bring with you • Completed commercial training in insurance or comparable training • Sound knowledge of liability and recourse law; experience in social security law is a plus • You think and act in a solution-oriented manner • Excellent German and French skills in spoken and written form, other languages are an advantage • You enjoy negotiations and legal issues • You have a confident manner, are communicative and bring negotiation skills • Good team cohesion and mutual support are a matter of course for you   What we offer you We are convinced: satisfied employees deliver the best performance.
