Trainee (MAiA) in the field of Social Work and mandates at the kjz Rüti as of 1 September 2026 or by agreement part of our team. Parallel to your studies at a University of Applied Sciences in Social Work, you will have the opportunity to specialize in child and youth welfare. You will be successively introduced to the area of responsibility. Our core business includes: • Case management of statutory measures on behalf of the Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutzbehörde KESB (assistances and guardianships) • Consultations on behalf of parents • Clarifications in cases of child welfare endangerment on behalf of the Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutzbehörde KESB or the courts In daily work, in addition to the core tasks and cooperation with parents, children, and adolescents, this means above all: • File management and the writing of reports and applications to authorities • Cooperation with homes, foster families, socio-pedagogical family support, child and adolescent psychiatric services, school psychological services, etc. • depending on the mandate, also performing tasks within the framework of financial administration You have already started basic studies in Social Work at a University of Applied Sciences or possess the admission for the start of studies. We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and resilient person with high social competence. You are characterized by an independent way of working as well as good written and oral communication skills. Initial professional experience as well as a minimum age of 25 years are required.
