For our client, a healthcare company with several locations in Central Switzerland, we are looking for an analytically minded personality as Junior Controller:in 80-100%. In this newly created position, you will work directly with the CFO and help to further develop the controlling function. The position is ideally suited for a rising personality with completed training and initial practical experience who wants to take on responsibility and contribute their own ideas.

Your tasks at the new employer:

• Collaboration in budgeting, forecasting and multi-year planning as well as ensuring meaningful reporting
• Analysis of financial and operational data, creation of ad-hoc evaluations and further development of Excel-based data models
• Establishment and optimization of controlling instruments, BI solutions and internal reporting processes
• Support in the further development of cost and performance accounting as well as analysis of relevant key figures in healthcare
• Collaboration in cross-functional projects and contribution of own ideas to optimize processes and decision-making bases

You offer your new employer:

• Completed university or FH degree with a focus on Finance, Accounting or Controlling or a comparable qualification
• Initial practical experience in controlling or finance and accounting, for example through a previous employment or relevant practical assignments during studies
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, advanced Excel skills as well as interest in data analysis, ERP systems and BI tools, whereby knowledge in Qlik, TIP HCe or OPALE is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills, an independent way of working and the motivation to learn new things, take on responsibility and actively help shape controlling
