Technician / Deputy Head of Facility Management (100%)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged and reliable employee as a Technician / Deputy Head of Facility Management, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Technical maintenance and care of our properties
• Execution of repair, maintenance, and inspection work
• Monitoring and coordination of technical systems
• Organization and supervision of maintenance and upkeep work
• Support for the Head of Facility Management as well as deputy in his absence
• Coordination and cooperation with external craftsmen and service providers
• Ensuring a well-maintained, safe, and flawless condition of the properties
• Use of computer
• Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, E-Mail and facility management software
