Employee Logistics Cash West The Cash West in the heart of Bern is responsible for managing cash transactions (issuance and return of cash) with partners of the SNB. It serves bank staff via its customer counter. In addition, it handles the exchange of older banknotes for the general public. Your tasks * Participation in the delivery and collection of cash as well as logistical activities; Co-responsibility for the availability of valuables and inventory management; * Contact person for the technical, administrative and organizational support of our agencies and partners in the cash market; * Occasional administrative tasks (multilingual correspondence, recording simple bookings, etc.); * Proactive further development of existing documentation processes; * Participation in working groups and projects, preparation of reports and creation of statistics. Your profile * Completed training as a Logistics Specialist with federal diploma or equivalent training; * Practical experience in SAP (preferably SAP EWM); * Experience in inventory management; * High sense of responsibility, especially in handling sensitive information; * Excellent customer orientation, independence and problem-solving skills; * Good German and French skills (knowledge of Italian is an advantage).
