Specialized milk processing operator

WHAT YOU WILL DO: ####

• Receive, control, and analyze the quality of dairy products according to current procedures
• Operate production equipment (startup, adjustments, shutdown) and carry out manufacturing operations in compliance with standards
• Monitor the smooth running of the production process, detect anomalies, and implement necessary corrective actions
• Perform self-controls, required sampling, and ensure the recording of production and traceability data
• Participate in the resolution of production problems and perform first-level maintenance interventions according to authorizations
• Report any non-conformity or malfunction and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and products
• Strictly respect quality, food safety, and hygiene standards as well as safety instructions, while participating in team life and projects

WHAT YOU BRING: ####

• CFC as a milk technologist or equivalent training in the dairy field
• Proven experience in cheesemaking, dairying, or the agri-food industry. Practical and theoretical knowledge of dairy product manufacturing with skills in the use of automated installations
• Good command of French at a level allowing for fluid communication
• Adopting exemplary rigor in matters of hygiene - cleanliness is an absolute priority
• Demonstrating flexibility to work in teams according to defined schedules, while demonstrating a sense of responsibility, team spirit, and good stress management
