In our Rehaklinik Zollikerberg, we treat patients particularly in the field of musculoskeletal rehabilitation through modern and patient-centered care. Thanks to interdisciplinary cooperation and the excellent specialist expertise of the treatment teams, we individually adapt our efficient therapy programs to the needs of the patients.     Your tasks • Interdisciplinary cooperation: You perform assessments and treat our inpatient and outpatient patients together with a team of doctors, nursing, and other therapeutic disciplines • Reports: You participate in our interdisciplinary reports and represent the therapeutic specialist area therein • Therapies: You perform individual and group therapies on land and in water • Patient-oriented care: You perform assessments and documentation which are personally tailored to each of the patients • Consulting: You advise relatives and take over the supply of aids • Extended responsibility implies therapy coordination: in close cooperation with the group leader, specialists, nursing, and the medical team. This includes: • Admission on the day of entry incl. determination of rehab goals in consultation with the patient • Presentation of new patients to the team • Monitoring and adjustment of rehab goals during the course of therapy • Ensuring interdisciplinary coordinated treatment planning • Review of therapy development and goal achievement • Interface to therapy planning (incl. scheduling times) • Support with discharge management and the handover of relevant information • Documentation and follow-up of the determined therapy goals and measures • Carrying out admission / discharge and generic educations     Your profile • Education and experience: Completed training as a physiotherapist or equivalent training; for foreign diplomas with SRK recognition. You bring several years of professional experience, ideally in the field of rehabilitation and in interprofessional cooperation. • Specialist, organizational, and coordination competence: You possess sound physiotherapeutic specialist competence and experience in the joint determination, review, and adjustment of rehabilitation goals. You work in a structured, independent, and reliable manner, can keep several patient processes in view simultaneously, and coordinate therapy processes in a goal-oriented manner. In doing so, you handle digital documentation and planning systems confidently. • Communication and decision-making competence: You communicate clearly, appreciatively, and solution-oriented and move confidently in the interprofessional environment. You can bring different professional perspectives together, structure conversations and coordination, and make decisions within your area of responsibility independently, traceably, and patient-centered. • Personality and willingness to take responsibility: You enjoy physiotherapeutic work and direct contact with patients. At the same time, you like to take on additional responsibility, bring initiative and flexibility, and are interested in actively shaping and developing therapy processes.
