Our team of the Hochbau department is responsible for the areas of building permits, urban planning, real estate, energy and sports. As Head of Building Permits, you are responsible for the building permit process up to and including final inspection. You lead a team of specialists from the departments of building permits, building inspection, fire police as well as the civil protection control body. All team members have many years of experience in their respective fields of activity. For this newly created position, we are looking, effective immediately or by arrangement, for a strong leadership personality or an ambitious rising talent with sound professional expertise as Head of Building Permits 80 – 100 % YOUR TASKS IN THIS FUNCTION ARE: You take over the personnel and organizational leadership of the building permits area and actively help shape its further development. With your team, you ensure the legally secure execution of the building permit process and advise the building applicants. You coordinate building appeal procedures and ensure a smooth process. You accompany the procedures in the area of monument preservation. You draft and review building permits and ensure a high quality of decisions. You actively contribute your expertise to the meetings of the building authority.
