Bartender (m/f)

We are looking for an open-minded and independent personality with a down-to-earth attitude.

Your tasks:

• Serving and advising guests at the bar and table service
• Professional advice to guests regarding the offering
• Preparation of high-quality drinks and cocktails
• Ensuring a smooth and professional service process at the bar
• Ensuring the availability of the daily required stock at the bar and preparing mise-en-place work
• Personal commitment at tastings and events
• Compliance with and implementation of ISO and HACCP guidelines as well as general tidying and cleaning work
• Creating service billing and closing

You bring with you:

• Experience in the preparation of drinks
• Experience with table service
• Language skills: German is important, English and Italian skills are an advantage
