Webdesigner - Digital Content Designer 60-80%

HOMM interactive GmbH is a full-service internet agency in Luzern, with a wide range of services and creative solutions. We look after demanding customers such as 4- and 5-star hotels throughout Switzerland, architecture firms, real estate companies etc., who all have high standards for design, technology, and support. In addition, we develop and maintain various innovative software solutions for the hotel sector.

Your tasks:
You develop appealing and functional web designs for digital projects - from the initial idea to the final implementation. In doing so, you work closely with project management, development, clients, and content managers. Your tasks specifically include:

• Creation of modern web layouts and responsive designs
• Development of wireframes, design systems, and prototypes in Figma
• Development of content and page concepts for websites
• Organization, preparation, and integration of content such as text, image, and video
• Accompanying technical implementations in cooperation with developers
• Testing, correction, and quality assurance of implemented designs
• Image editing, simple photo production, and visual content preparation
• Creation and editing of small video formats for websites and digital channels
• Maintenance and structuring of content in CMS systems
• Design and support of our product: WICATO - Digital wine list (www.wicato.ch).

You bring with you:

• Very good knowledge of Figma
• Very good knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and ideally Premiere Pro and some After Effects
• Extensive experience in responsive web design
• Understanding of UX, UI, information architecture, and content structures
• Experience in the conception and preparation of website content
• Basic understanding of technical web implementations, HTML/CSS knowledge is an advantage
• Experience with CMS systems, ideally Craft CMS
• Experience with AI in relation to design
• Confident handling of image material, texts, and video content
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working
• Enjoyment of design, digital media, and varied projects
• Experience in the production of small videos for web and social media
• Experience in photography and image retouching
