Ain order to strengthen the Supply Chain department, we are looking for a Planner (M/F) Job description ## Your mission ### Your responsibilities are as follows: • Guarantee the daily management of the MRP • Launch and plan orders following the MRP proposals based on capacities and available items • Monitor the coverage rates of the different managers • Prioritize work in progress • Guarantee the adequacy of the load capacity in the workshops • Ensure the smoothing of the production budget • Detect upcoming overloads • Communicate with sector heads to anticipate staff distribution • Management of Article data for MRP calculation • Assign planning profiles for new articles • Assign forecasting profiles for new articles • Update planning profiles, forecasting, and safety stocks on articles based on their consumption • Manage economic lot sizes for launches • Plan customer orders and monitor their deliveries • Monitor lead time deviations in order confirmations and report inconsistencies to the manager • Monitor the customer order portfolio and ensure deliveries, communicate to the customer during confirmation postponements • Ensure the continuous improvement of production and sales logistics flows • Ensure the global consistency of production flows • Propose and lead improvement projects • Report inconsistencies and waste present in the flow to its managers Profile ## Your profile • Experience in production logistics • Experience in the use of an ERP (SAP an advantage)     Required skills ## • Analytical spirit and sense of responsibility • Positive communication and sense of negotiation     Languages ## • Knowledge of German and English is an asset   Contact person ## Tatiana Ronan (tatiana.ronan@universo.ch) Workplace 2300 La Chaux-de-Fonds Company address Rubattel et Weyermann S.A.
