Your tasks ## • After the basic year, your focus will initially be on user support as well as advice, installation, and configuration of PC workstations, printing systems, and peripherals. • During the third and fourth years of apprenticeship, you implement, configure, and maintain software and hardware components. You install, operate, and monitor servers, server applications, and network infrastructures. • In addition to daily work, you participate in exciting IT projects.
