Tasks

• Maintain and continuously develop access and authorization systems
• Monitor, optimize and ensure the reliable operation of temperature and monitoring systems
• Manage, control and maintain different building technology systems
• Analyze errors in building technology systems and independently resolve malfunctions
• Plan, coordinate and implement technical projects as well as support project management

Requirements

• Completed training in the field of building technology, ideally with experience in electrical or access control systems
• Strong interest in building technology and technical contexts
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Responsible, reliable and team-oriented personality
• Good IT user skills are an advantage
