Embassy Guarding Bern Area 80% to 100%

We are looking for people who feel comfortable in a diplomatic environment and attentively guard their assigned posts to strengthen our teams for this challenging activity.

Among other things, you will be entrusted with the following tasks:

• Securing and guarding embassies of various nations in three-shift operation (24/7), including static positions and occasional patrols. Depending on the needs of our customers, these positions are secured unarmed or armed
• Performing thorough identity checks as well as
• Person and luggage checks manually or using modern screening devices
• Reacting to security breaches and emergencies according to established protocols
• Ensuring compliance with diplomatic security regulations and international protocols
• Targeted and meaningful reporting

In order to meet the demands of our customers, the following requirements must mandatory be met:

• You can communicate well in German (min. B1) and feel comfortable with the English language both in writing and orally (min. B2)
• You operate MS-Office and other IT systems effortlessly
• You possess a valid Swiss residence permit
• Zero tolerance for entries in the criminal and debt enforcement register as well as ongoing proceedings. Corresponding consent for an in-depth background check is required
• Readiness / consent for an external medical fitness examination, which confirms the mental and physical fitness for the job. Long periods of standing (several hours at a time) and/or long walking distances (10 to 20 km/day) can be managed by you without restriction
