From February 2027, the ambulante Psychiatriezentrum Zürichsee in Männedorf will open a department for child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy.

Your Tasks

You will lead the outpatient clinic professionally and operationally. You will lead a team of assistant physicians and psychologists and supervise the diagnostics and treatment of children, adolescents, and their families. Additionally, you will train the assistant physicians according to the continuing education concept. You will work closely with the inpatient area (Clienia Young CLS) and ensure the maintenance of a treatment chain. You will network regionally and cantonally with referrers and other stakeholder groups. You will manage your own psychiatric-psychotherapeutic cases. You will participate in the emergency service.

Your Profile

You hold the specialist title in child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy, and have several years of leadership experience as a senior physician and/or senior physician/senior physician. Your participatory leadership style, your integrative qualities, and your service orientation characterize you. With your appreciative, resource- and patient-oriented attitude, you make a decisive contribution to the corporate culture. You have an interest in academic teaching and medical continuing education as well as the current developments in the field.
