Our client is looking for its future Housekeeper Head of Housekeeping at 80 %, with an evolution planned to 100 % from May 2027. Reporting to the Management, you guarantee the smooth running of the service and ensure the maintenance of excellent standards of quality, cleanliness and hygiene throughout the establishment. Profile sought Your profile As a true operational manager, you organize, coordinate and supervise all housekeeping activities. You ensure the quality of the maintenance of rooms, apartments and common areas, ensure compliance with procedures and supervise a team of three chambermaids as well as an external cleaning company. You plan activities based on occupancy, participate in operations when activity requires it and collaborate closely with other services to guarantee an irreproachable customer experience. This function involves a strong presence in the field and availability adapted to the needs of the operation, notably certain weekends.
