Bern (and home office) | 80-100% Your contribution <br /> • Sort, assign and register incoming mail in multiple languages in the Central Migration Information System (SIMIC) • Open naturalization applications, verify and update personal data and initiate the relevant procedure, including billing • Verify, evaluate and process in SIMIC change notifications from Cantons, Cities and Municipalities regarding foreign categories B, C, G and L • Verify personal data in SIMIC and rectify any multiple registrations in collaboration with cantonal authorities • Prepare reports on border controls, in particular updating or entering personal data into SIMIC <br /> What distinguishes you <br /> • Commercial training or equivalent and several years of professional experience • In-depth knowledge of Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook); good knowledge of SIMIC is a preferred qualification • Insight, team spirit and customer orientation • Organizational talent and ability to handle administrative affairs efficiently, independently and within deadlines • Good active knowledge of two official languages (B2/C1) <br /> In summary In the role of collaborator, you will be responsible for registering data and changes in the Central Migration Information System (SIMIC); you will also contribute significantly to ensuring the quality of the data itself.
