Your area of responsibility: • Coordination and leadership of employees in daily business • Ensuring smooth construction site processes • Deputy for the foreman in their absence • Independent execution of structural engineering work with your own team • Quality control and compliance with technical specifications • Thinking ahead with regard to deadlines and costs • Preparation of work and hourly reports • Application of modern surveying systems (GPS, tachymeter) You are not just an implementer – you are a provider of structure. Your profile – competence with natural authority • Completed training in the main construction industry (EFZ or equivalent) • Further training as a foreman or polier • Several years of experience in Swiss structural engineering • Demonstrable leadership experience on construction sites • Confident use of PC applications • Knowledge in electronic surveying (GPS / tachymeter) • Independent, solution-oriented way of working • Physically resilient • Very good German skills in speaking and writing • Driver's license category B
