Team Leader Inside Sales (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a colleague as Team Leader Inside Sales (m/f/d) starting immediately.

Your tasks:

As a leader with a "hands on" mentality, you lead your employees situationally. Together with your team, you take responsibility for the order processing of configured sun protection systems as well as insect protection. The recording of orders in SAP, as well as advising our customers on general questions regarding our products and services, are part of the core tasks. Deputizing for your fellow Team Leader of Technology in their absence is a matter of course for you, and you see demanding conversations and situations as a challenge. Conducting annual reviews is as much a part of your tasks as individual employee and team development. You are in close contact with your colleagues in field service, in assembly, and at the manufacturing locations and act as a hub between the teams and other departments.

What we expect from you:

You have completed basic or additional commercial training and bring several years of leadership experience in a similar environment. Furthermore, you are characterized by a team-oriented and appreciative leadership style, possess good communication skills, as well as empathy, flexibility, and commitment. Ideally, you are already familiar with our products and services or possess other knowledge of the sun protection and window decoration industry. In addition to very good German skills, good French skills are a valuable addition. You are confident in using MS Office programs; SAP knowledge will help you with rapid integration. You are ready to actively help in daily business and to offer our customers the best possible service. You also support your team in achieving these goals.
