Tasks Our IT stands for the reliable operation and further development of a modern, hybrid system landscape. With around 300 employees and approximately 170 IT users, we operate an infrastructure of on-premises systems, networked construction site solutions, Microsoft 365 and central business applications. • You ensure the stable operation and further development of our Microsoft 365 environment - from Teams to SharePoint to Entra ID and Intune. • You process 2nd-level support cases and escalations from the 1st level. • You manage our business applications, interfaces and authorizations and ensure smooth operation. • You develop our client management, software distribution and endpoint security in a targeted manner. • You contribute to the introduction and consolidation of solutions in the Modern Workplace. Scope of work: 80-100% Place of work: Lungern Qualification • Completed training in computer science EFZ or equivalent • Several years of experience in system engineering, workplace and Microsoft 365 • Secure handling of Microsoft 365, Intune and Windows clients; PowerShell knowledge is an advantage • Structured, independent and solution-oriented work with a high level of service orientation • Due to our activity in security-relevant projects of the federal government (ArmaSuisse), Swiss citizenship is mandatory for this position.
