Team Leader Picking / Equipment For our logistics team in Dintikon AG, we are looking for a motivated personality as of immediately or by arrangement as Team Leader Picking / Equipment (m/f/d) 100 % Your tasks Responsibility for the timely execution of daily picking and equipment orders with your team (daily working hours) Capacity planning and deadline monitoring Ensuring correct machine operation and compliance with work processes Planning and organization of special equipment and service orders First level support for the technical systems Preparation of offers for equipment and picking orders Collection and analysis of key performance indicators Regular participation in the Team Leader Logistics meetings Participation in daily operational business Leadership and further development of a team of around 15 permanent & temporary employees Co-supervision / training of the apprentices Logistics EFZ Deputizing for the shift leaders during their absences (predominantly evening shift approx. 7-11 weeks per year) What you bring You have completed vocational training as a Logistics Specialist EFZ Ideally, you already bring leadership experience and know from your previous activity how things work in a logistics service or production company A quick grasp, resilience and sense of responsibility as well as assertiveness Very good German skills in speaking and writing We offer A thorough introduction to a varied activity A team-oriented position with a lot of personal responsibility Goods procurement at special prices Reka-Checks Have we been able to pique your interest and do you feel appealed by this challenge?
