Team Leader Electrical Manufacturing (gn)

Your tasks * Personnel and functional leadership of the electrical manufacturing with approx. 20 employees as well as targeted further development of the team and competencies * Ensuring of daily operational business through proactive capacity, schedule, and work planning * Taking on a key role in the further development of electrical manufacturing through the active shaping of changes in organization & processes as well as the introduction of modern, digitally supported, and efficiency-increasing manufacturing concepts * Responsibility for occupational safety, quality, delivery reliability, and productivity * Close cross-departmental cooperation with Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, Quality, and external partners Your profile * Training as an Automatiker with further training as a Technician, Industriemeister, or a comparable qualification as well as corresponding professional experience * Several years of leadership experience in an industrial production or assembly environment * Strong design and implementation competence as well as experience in the further development of organizations, processes, or value creation models * Practical knowledge in Lean Management, continuous improvement and ideally in the design of manufacturing and value creation concepts * Good ERP and IT knowledge as well as experience in the digitalization and further development of industrial production processes * Clear, binding communication, entrepreneurial thinking, and good German and English in spoken and written form We offer * Attractive compensation package with good social benefits * A modern production and technology center for Thermal Coating from 2027 in Hausen (AG) * A responsible key role with great scope for design in the further development of electrical manufacturing * Varied activity in an internationally oriented high-tech company and close cooperation across department boundaries * Open corporate culture, a committed team, and perspectives for personal and professional further development * Independent work in an attractive and future-oriented working environment Are you interested?
