Job Description ##

• Integration within the structure ;
• Autonomous management of personal insurance claims files ;
• Monitoring of UVG, supplementary UVG, sickness loss of earnings, and BVG cases ;
• Advising and informing clients, employers, and insured persons ;
• Collaboration with client advisors and insurance partners ;
• Analysis of complex situations and participation in finding suitable solutions ;
• Reporting to clients and Management ;
• Training of new employees ;
• Participation in daily office life.

The Successful Applicant ##

• Training in insurance and / or pension ;
• Proven experience in personal insurance claims management in Switzerland ;
• Excellent command of French and German languages both orally and in writing ;
• Good knowledge of the Swiss insurance market ;
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and insurance software ;
• Sense of organization, rigor, and autonomy ;
• Customer orientation and team spirit ;
• Discretion and sense of confidentiality.
