Responsibilities As a Commercial Employee, your main missions will include: Daily administrative management (invoicing, correspondence, filing). Welcoming customers and managing telephone calls. Management of breakdown services. Participation in the improvement of administrative processes. Qualifications We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications: CFC as a commercial employee or equivalent. Experience in a similar position, ideally in the automotive sector. Mastery of IT tools (MS Office, management software). Excellent communication skills and sense of customer service. Ability to manage stress while knowing how to work autonomously or in a team.
