Production Allrounder 100% Packaging&Labeling

Tasks in the main area of Packaging&Labeling:

Laser marking of implants and instruments (setting up, programming, marking)

Carrying out optical controls

Introduction of new articles into the production process

Maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep work on the processing centers

Independent final rinsing, packaging, and labeling of Medartis products in the ISO7 cleanroom

Cleaning and disinfecting the cleanroom and the furniture according to the cleaning plan

Compliance with all process flows in and around the cleanroom to ensure product quality

Readiness for on-call and/or shift assignments

Flexible support in other areas:

Flexible support in other areas such as plate production, packaging and labeling, quality testing, warehouse, etc., depending on current needs and operational priorities

Compliance with area-specific safety, quality, and GMP specifications, regardless of the respective area of assignment

Occasional, day-long assignments at the Umkirch location are also possible

Requirements

Experience in a production environment, ideally in medical technology or in a quality environment

Careful, precise way of working and high quality awareness

High flexibility and willingness to learn various areas of responsibility

Ability to work in a team as well as enjoyment of cross-departmental cooperation

Reliability as well as a good understanding of specifications and documentation requirements

Flexibility in working hours scheduling (e.g., shift or assignment times depending on the area) is required

Very good German in spoken and written (B2), English is an advantage
