An unparalleled infrastructure, modern work tools, and respectful cooperation await you in the peaceful locality of Vufflens-la-Ville. ou après accord ### Your tasks * Lead and supervise the shipping team (approx. 7 people) * Night shift work (between 12h30--00h30), from Monday to Friday * Distribution and planning of employees * Providing suggestions for improvement for work processes * Loading and unloading of vehicles and railway wagons * Evaluate staff and conduct recruitment, follow-up, and disciplinary interviews in collaboration with the logistics manager and human resources ### What you bring * Committed, structured, and flexible professional, attached to clear processes, transparent communication, and respect for rules * Proven experience in team leadership validated by continuing education * Ability to conduct evaluation, follow-up, and disciplinary interviews * Very good knowledge of French (German an asset) * Proficiency in an ERP system and Office tools (SAP an asset) * Forklift license mandatory * Stress resistant ### Who we are No company of our size is as family-oriented as ours, everyone has a voice with us.
