Introduction

For a company active in the Electronics / Electrical engineering sector based in Mendrisio (TI), we are looking for an Electronic Technician with proven operational experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage soldering activities with wave machine and manual TH/SMD soldering on components and electronic boards in compliance with defined company standards.
• Perform bench testing and testing with automatic machines, verifying the correct functioning of the produced electronic boards.
• Apply selective machine soldering, including program creation, ensuring compliance with established process parameters.
• Handle the mechanical assembly of the electronic board and perform quality control activities on components and finished products according to department procedures.
• Use X-ray machines for verification and analysis of solder joints and critical components, identifying any defects or non-conformities.
• Collaborate in the training and support of newly hired resources in the technical production department, transmitting correct operating and control methods.

Profile

• Previous experience in the electronics sector (soldering, testing, assembly)
• Good ability to read electrical/electronic diagrams
• Manual dexterity, precision and orientation towards quality
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Availability to work on 3 shifts
