• You lead, develop, and promote the Placement Team with the areas of Labor Market Service (AMS) and Employer Consulting (AGB).
• You ensure that the defined placement, performance, and quality goals as well as the agreed placement quotas are achieved.
• You analyze key figures and impacts, initiate improvement measures, and continuously develop processes.
• You ensure professional, service-oriented support for employers in recruitment and job placements.
• You guarantee the legally compliant and efficient implementation of the mandatory job reporting and the associated placement processes.
• You promote cross-departmental cooperation between Employer Consulting, Labor Market Service, Personnel Consulting, and other stakeholders.
• You strengthen active employer management and promote knowledge transfer regarding labor market and industry topics.
• You actively participate in projects, change initiatives, and the further development of placement services.
• You have a higher education degree (HF, FH, or comparable) in economics, personnel management, labor integration, social insurance, or a related field.
• You bring several years of leadership and professional experience in public employment services, personnel recruitment, personnel consulting, or a comparable environment.
• You have good knowledge of unemployment insurance and relevant labor market legislation.
• You have experience in leading employees as well as in controlling goals, performance, and key figures.
• You think in networks and entrepreneurially and consistently align your actions towards impact, quality, and results.
• You convince through your communication strength, assertiveness, as well as your high cooperation and consulting competence.
• You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and are proficient with digital specialist applications as well as standard Office programs.
