Equipment and technical installations safety technician (M/F)

Our client is looking for a Safety Technician for its Purchasing, Support and Infrastructure division, responsible for guaranteeing the safety of equipment at its various sites.

Your mission

You support the safety engineer and substitute them on technical aspects. You ensure that safety requirements are respected at every stage, from the purchase of new equipment to its commissioning.

Your responsibilities

• Integrate safety requirements from the acquisition of new equipment, from the specifications to the reception on site
• Participate in the drafting of technical specifications and safety requirements
• Analyze the compliance and risks of equipment before its commissioning and participate in technical receptions
• Carry out and monitor general and specific risk analyses (notably lone working), and propose prevention measures
• Ensure the application of safety rules and procedures by the technical services
• Monitor the safety of construction sites and intervene with service providers if necessary
• Lead a technical network with the maintenance, building and infrastructure teams
• Draft reports, procedures, instructions and awareness or training materials
• Inform, advise and raise awareness among technical teams regarding safety rules

Your profile

• Technical training, ideally in maintenance, electromechanics or equivalent; additional training in occupational health and safety is an asset
• Good knowledge of the functioning of machines and equipment
• Mastery of the analysis and evaluation of professional risks
• Ability to identify safety requirements applicable to equipment, construction sites and installations
• Writing skills and mastery of common IT tools
• Ability to design appropriate awareness actions or training
• Rigorous, organized and reliable, with good analytical and synthesis skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, pedagogical and diplomatic, capable of enforcing rules with assertiveness
• Proactive, with the ability to propose pragmatic solutions
