Administrative Assistant / Backoffice (50%)

Data Dynamic Informatic AG (DDIAG) is an established Swiss company for IT and ERP services. We support Swiss SMEs with tailor-made IT solutions, modern IT infrastructure, and comprehensive services surrounding the SelectLine Business Software.

To strengthen our administration team at the Köniz location, we are looking for an engaged, independent, and service-oriented personality, available immediately or by arrangement, who enjoys versatile administrative tasks, takes responsibility, and maintains an overview and sets priorities correctly even in hectic situations.

Your tasks

• Independent handling of daily administrative business
• Processing of offers, orders, and customer orders
• Management of accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Telephone support for our customers and coordination of incoming inquiries
• Planning and coordination of maintenance appointments
• Business correspondence in German and French
• General administrative and organizational tasks

You bring with you

• Completed commercial vocational training with professional experience in a comparable function
• Very good MS Office user skills and affinity for digital tools
• Stylistically confident German, good written and spoken French; English is an advantage
• Strong independence and the ability to prioritize tasks meaningfully
• Structured, careful, and efficient way of working, even under high workload
• Organizational talent, initiative, and strong service orientation
• Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented personality
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally SelectLine, is an advantage
