Finance Director w/m/d

As Finance Director, you will take over the financial management of our three companies in Germany, Italy, and Switzerland and be part of the management team. You will actively shape the future of our company – through sound analyses, clear processes, and a strong team.

Your tasks

• Strategic Financial Management: Responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, and medium-term financial planning as well as the development of sound decision-making bases
• Business Partnering: Close cooperation with the General Manager and the specialized departments to manage growth, profitability, and strategic initiatives
• Reporting & Accounting: Ensuring monthly and annual financial statements as well as the further development of reporting, KPIs, and transparency
• Cash & Performance Management: Management of liquidity, costs, and efficiency at group level
• Digitalization: Leading central finance projects (expansion of ERP) and the further development of the system landscape
• Team & Structures: Leadership and expansion of a powerful finance team as well as continuous optimization of processes
• Degree in business administration with a focus on Finance/Accounting or a comparable education
• Experience as a Finance Director in an FMCG scale-up or other high-growth environment
• Sound knowledge in controlling, accounting, and financial planning
• Experience with the expansion of ERP systems and finance transformations is an advantage
• Strong drive and initiative

• Openness to new things, high willingness to learn, and enjoyment of change
• Very good German and English skills
