Tasks

• Expertly lead the team in logistics and represent the department management
• Ensure smooth flow of daily operational business
• Coordinate personnel planning and continuously improve work processes
• Actively shape and support operational activities
• Take over training and supervision of apprentices as a vocational trainer
• Requirements
• Completed logistics training with EFZ
• Provable experience in logistics, preferably with initial leadership experience
• Independent and structured way of working
• High assertiveness combined with teamwork skills
• Very good German skills and confident use of IT systems
