The EMIL EGGER group is one of the leading Swiss logistics companies and offers its customers a complete range of services in the fields of groupage, heavy load transport, and warehouse logistics. Currently, approximately 800 employees work across 11 sites for renowned customers from industry, commerce, and trade.

Our Härkingen site plays an important role in coordinating groupage logistics between German-speaking Switzerland and French-speaking Switzerland. To complete the local team, we are looking for a groupage professional for the position of transport manager.

Tasks

• Reception, organization, and planning of groupage orders on a national scale
• Planning of driver missions and the assigned truck fleet
• Clarifications in case of irregularities and specificities

We expect

• Practical experience in the field of transport, passion for trucks,

as well as an interest in varied activities in a modern logistics company

• Initial or continuing commercial and/or technical training
• Very good knowledge of German, French is an asset
• Reliable, precise work method oriented towards teamwork
• Availability for shift work, driving license cat. C/E desired
