Profile

• Higher education at Master's level in the field of energy, thermie, or mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar function, with technical team management.
• Solid knowledge of heat production plants and thermal networks.
• Experience in sizing, technical calculations, and costing of thermal installations.
• Leadership allowing for the unification and development of a team of specialists.
• Experience in technical project management and coordination of multiple stakeholders.
• Interest in continuous improvement, digitalization, and the development of technical standards and BIM.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the technical office team.
• Guarantee the quality and relevance of thermal engineering solutions.
• Supervise studies, calculations, plans, and costing of installations.
• Validate and challenge the technical and economic choices of projects.
• Develop technical standards, BIM, and professional best practices.
• Coordinate technical office activities with project managers and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and quality requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement, digitalization, and process optimization.
• Manage department resources and the monitoring of external design offices.
• Promote a safety culture and ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
