Do you want to advance your own projects independently and see how your planning is implemented? Do you understand technical contexts and enjoy being at the system as much as at the planning table? Then we would like to get to know you.

Häring Plan plans heating, ventilation, and refrigeration systems in the Basel area. Our projects lead us into pharmaceutical plants, hospitals, and large technical facilities. We modernize existing systems and develop practical solutions – often during ongoing operation. In doing so, we work with long-standing, recurring customers.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for you by arrangement.

Your tasks

• You handle your own HVAC projects independently – from the site survey through planning and tendering to commissioning and acceptance.
• You record existing systems on-site, clarify their function, and recognize technical contexts as well as open questions.
• You develop technical solutions, cost estimates, and tender documents in cooperation with our specialist experts.
• You take over specialist site management, coordinate contractors, and accompany the implementation on the construction site.
• You look after your customers and coordinate with clients, specialist planners, and contractors.
• You keep an eye on quality, deadlines, and costs and ensure that agreed services are available on time.

What you bring with you

• A completed education in heating, ventilation, or refrigeration planning or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in an HVAC planning office and in the independent handling of projects.
• Technical understanding of existing systems as well as confidence in reading and assessing plans and diagrams.
• Practical experience with site surveys, conversions, and specialist site management.
• A structured and reliable way of working: You clarify open points, keep agreements, and stick to your tasks.
• Joy in customer contact and in working in a team.
• Good German skills for conversations, technical documents, and project documentation.
• Openness to digital planning and organizational tools.

Experience with pharmaceutical plants, hospitals, or conversions during ongoing operation is welcome.
