Machine & Plant Operator/Production Employee (m|w|d) Schilliger Holz produces demanding and innovative components for timber construction in high-performance sawing, planing, glulam, panel, and soon also wood fiber insulation board plants in Switzerland and in France. Further information can also be found at As an employee in the production of our new wood fiber insulation board plant LIGNATHERM, you prepare workflows, control and monitor the production plants and processes. You resolve malfunctions independently and call in further specialist personnel if necessary. You make a decisive contribution to ensuring high plant availability. At regular intervals, you carry out inspection rounds, detect deviations from normal operation, and initiate the necessary measures. You also ensure that the plants remain in technically flawless condition and carry out cyclical cleaning work on the plants.
