For our Sion office, we are looking for a motivated and experienced person in fiduciary at the position of mandate manager, holder of a fiduciary expert diploma or holder of a bachelor in business administration, a specialist certificate in finance and accounting - or equivalent training, with several years of experience.

Start date: 1 February 2027 (to be discussed).

You will take on a varied role with responsibilities.

In this function, you will ensure the autonomous follow-up of an existing portfolio of SME clients, with an emphasis on catering and hospitality.

Tasks ###

Mandates

• You manage your own client portfolio and supervise the work of accounting assistants.
• You are the main interlocutor and advise your clients proactively.
• You accompany your clients in their financial, organizational and strategic decisions (company formation, restructurings, succession, etc.).

Accounting

• You take care of general accounting, the closing of accounts, as well as the preparation of VAT returns (accounting for companies and the self-employed).

Salaries & social insurances

• Complete and autonomous management of salaries and AVS/AI/APG/LAA/LPP etc. statements.

Taxation

• Preparation of tax returns for individuals and legal entities as well as tax consulting.
• You act as a trusted partner regarding tax consulting (optimization, planning).

Requirements ###

• Proven experience in fiduciary with preparation of closings; several years of experience in payroll management is indispensable.
• Training - holder of a fiduciary expert diploma (ongoing or intended), a bachelor in business administration, a specialist certificate in finance and accounting - or equivalent training.
• Autonomy & rigor - Ability to work in an independent, organized and efficient manner.
• Proactivity & flexibility - Solution-oriented approach, sense of initiative and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Interpersonal skills - Taste for direct contact with clients and teamwork.
• Digital skills - Mastery of Abacus (COFI, payroll and creditors modules) and/or similar accounting programs, MS Office, M-Files, interest in digitalization.
• Proximity - Pleasure in advising and sustainably accompanying entrepreneur families.
