You assume an important role within the newly created team. Your specific knowledge allows for the management of measure costs in an accurate, efficient, and understandable manner. You work in a meaningful context and, together with the rest of the team, make an essential contribution to the field of child and adult protection.

Your tasks

• Guaranteeing efficient, compliant with legislation, and economical processing of all measure costs for the various APEA
• Verification of cost lists, management of cost assumption guarantees, monitoring of deadlines and financial flows
• Calculation, settlement, and collection of cost participations, monitoring the preparation of proceedings via legal action in the field of child protection
• Verification, accounting, and processing of accounts receivable and accounts payable invoices, sending reminders
• Management of client accounting, establishment of checklists and payments to principals and clients as well as to foster parents

Your profile

• Basic commercial training or equivalent diploma
• Professional experience in a related field, ideally within public administration
• Federal diploma of specialist in finance and accounting or specialist in social insurance: an asset
• Good knowledge of accounting and presentation of accounts and excellent knowledge of social insurance law
• Comfort with numbers
• Organized, reliable, and precise way of working
